Chapel By the Sea is the only Church on Clearwater Beach. If you are seeking a
wedding near the beautiful white sands of Clearwater then Chapel By The Sea is
perfect for you. Our location makes it easy for family and guests because of the
hotels and restaurants located within walking distance. Please see the list below for
pricing and information for the several areas on our grounds to hold everything from
a small intimate ceremony to a large one.
1. LARGE SANCTUARY: holds up to 450 people. Cost - $1,000.00. This includes the
use of the church (sanctuary, dressing rooms, rest rooms), a rehearsal (if needed), and the services of the
minister, the organist, and the custodian/coordinator. It also includes the use of our silk flowers (5 white
arrangements), our candelabra (made of either brass or wrought iron, and holding a total of 14 candles),
and up to three sets of brass pew candles - in any combination you may desire.
2. SMALL CHAPEL: holds a maximum of 35 people. Cost - $800.00. This includes the use
of the church (chapel, dressing rooms, rest rooms), and the services of the minister, the organist, and the
custodian/coordinator. It also includes the use of our silk flowers (3 white arrangements), and altar
candles (2) - in any combination you may desire. An extra fee of $50.00 would be charged for a
rehearsal.
3. MINISTER'S STUDY: for very small weddings (bride, groom, minister). Cost - $350.00.
This includes the use of the room in which the wedding is held, and the services of the minister. An
extra fee of $50.00 would be charged for a rehearsal.
4. REFLECTION GARDEN: This beautiful outdoor gathering spot is off the main
sanctuary and is an excellent choice for a smaller wedding ceremony of no more than 75 people. Cost -
$500.00. This includes the use of the outdoor property used for the wedding, and the services of the
minister and of the custodian/coordinator. An extra fee of $50.00 would be charged for a rehearsal.
No seating permitted.
5. LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE: indoors or outdoors at a location of your choice.
Cost - between $350.00 and $400.00 (depending upon the distance from the Chapel). An extra
fee of $50.00 would be charged for a rehearsal. You would be responsible for all physical arrangements
(chairs, arches, etc.).
